My account is suspended due to rider conduct

If your access to your account is limited due to repeated harmful behavior, you won’t be able to order delivery or a ride.

Please note that you can still use the app for other purposes, such as using our other products that are available in your country, checking your ride history and account information.

Verydeli senders or riders are expected to:

• Always be kind to the driver
• Not cancel the order unless it’s absolutely necessary. It will take longer to arrive at the destination and waste the driver’s time.
• Always show up for the parcel transfer or ride. Keep an eye out for when the driver arrives and avoid keeping them waiting too long.

If you believe your account was suspended unfairly or there has been a mistake, please contact our Support team to request a review.
