The order is not ready for pickup

If the order is not ready when you arrive at the request location, kindly wait until it is prepared.

The system will automatically register your wait time after 10 or 15 minutes, depending on your market, and it will count every subsequent minute as well.

Notes:

  • If the sender pressed Ready for pickup too early, please contact Support
  • If you have a batched order and the second order is late, contact Support if the sender claims the wait time will be 15 minutes or longer
  • Please make sure to press Arrived at the restaurant once you are at the designated area.
